By using Real60, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Real60. By using the App, you confirm that:
You are legally allowed to enter into this agreement.
You meet the minimum age requirement under your local laws for digital services (which may be older than 13 in some countries).
If we learn that someone under the required age is using the App, we will delete their account in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
2. Your Account
To use Real60, you must create an account. You agree to:

b) Content Rules
You may not post content that:
Contains hate speech, threats, or harassment.
Is pornographic, violent, or otherwise illegal.
Includes copyrighted material you don’t own or have rights to use.
Promotes harm, misinformation, or spam.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these rules or local laws.
4. Content Visibility and Deletion
All posts and replies are public by default.
All content is automatically deleted after 7 days.
You may delete your content manually before the 7-day period ends.
5. Community Guidelines
You must follow our Community Guidelines at all times. We encourage respectful, honest discourse. Misuse of the platform (e.g., trolling, impersonation, coordinated attacks) will result in content removal or account suspension.
6. App Features and Limitations
Real60 allows only in-app selfie video recording. No file uploads or filters.
Replies are also selfie videos only.
You may attach a source link to provide factual references with your posts.
No anonymity is allowed; your profile is public.
We may update, remove, or modify features at our discretion.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time:
If you breach these Terms or our Community Guidelines.
If required by law.
If your actions put Real60 or its users at risk.
You may delete your account at any time via the App settings.
8. Disclaimers

Continuous availability or performance.

9. Limitation of Liability
