Welcome to Real60 ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Real60 mobile application (the "App") and all related services. Real60 is a platform where users share and reply to 60-second selfie videos recorded directly in-app. No uploads. No filters. No trolls.
By accessing or using Real60, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Real60. By using the App, you confirm that:
You are at least 13 years old.
You meet the minimum age required by local laws for digital services in your country.
You are legally permitted to use the App.
If we become aware that someone under the required age is using the App, we will remove their account in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
2. Account Registration and Responsibility
To use Real60, you must create an account. You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete registration information.
Keep your login credentials secure.
Accept full responsibility for all activity on your account.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines.
3. Content You Create
a) Ownership and License
You own the videos and content you create on Real60. By posting on the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content within the App and in connection with promoting Real60. This license lasts until your content is deleted.
b) Content Standards
You agree not to post content that:
Includes hate speech, harassment, or threats.
Contains pornography, excessive violence, or illegal activity.
Infringes on someone else’s intellectual property.
Spreads misinformation or spam.
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these rules or any applicable law.
4. Public Visibility and Automatic Deletion
All posts and replies are public by default.
Videos are automatically deleted after 7 days.
You may delete your content earlier at any time.
5. Community Guidelines
You must follow our Community Guidelines at all times. Misuse of Real60 (including impersonation, abuse, trolling, or bad-faith behavior) may result in suspension, content removal, or permanent account deletion.
6. App Functionality
Only in-app selfie video recording is allowed.
No uploads, no filters, no anonymous accounts.
Replies must also be 60-second selfie videos.
You may attach a "source" link to your video to support your statements.
We may update or remove features at our discretion.
7. Termination of Use
We may suspend or permanently disable your account:
If you violate these Terms or Community Guidelines.
To comply with legal obligations.
If your behavior harms the platform or other users.
You can delete your account at any time via the app.
8. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee:
Continuous access to the App.
That the App will be error-free or secure.
That content on the App is complete, accurate, or reliable.
We are not responsible for content shared by users.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability will not exceed $100 USD.
Some jurisdictions may not allow certain limitations, so these may not apply to you.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction]. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. We will notify you of significant changes via the App. Continued use of Real60 means you agree to the updated Terms.
